Industrial Property which includes patents for inventions and trademarks while copyrights covers literary work such as novels, poems, plays, films and paintings

Registration Procedure

To register for copyright you just complete a simple application form along with the appropriate fee. No need to send a copy of your work. If each work has been created independently, each will have its own copyright protection
